Finance Analyst

Macildowie Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join one of Leicestershire's most respected employers on a permanent basis. Working at one of the firm's sites, the role is based on the edge of the city of Leicester and is commutable from all locations in Leicestershire and also Coventry, Nottingham and Derby.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working as part of a team the Financial Analyst role will be responsible for the following tasks; Full Management Accounts and supporting commentary, financial analysis including profitability and line of business and assisting with budgeting / forecasting.

This is an excellent role for a Management Accountant who is looking to take their next step. The role offers considerable exposure to the wider company and you will work as a business partner to several specific business areas including covering international territories.

They are keen to hire an ambitious, pro-active and friendly person to join its team. It is essential that you have a great sense of humour and strong communication skills as the business hires people who have conversations rather than those who just send an email.

To be considered for the role you will need to be part way through your CIMA or ACCA and also be actively studying or newly qualified. You will have at least two years experience of working in busy accounting function.

The role offers a salary of between £30,000 and £38,000 plus a generous benefits package.
