FP&A Analyst

A global Media organisation is looking for a talented FP&A Analyst advise the business on both operational and financial performance.

This is an exciting assignment for anyone who enjoys working in rapidly growing and changing organisations and can partner with various functions across the business effectively. The hiring manager described the role as:

"A critical part of the FP&A function which requires a highly analytical and commercially-focused person to join the business at a time of immense change, supporting the Group FP&A Manager on a number of key external and internal deliverables."

To successfully deliver in this role, you will need to have:

• An accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Experience working at a group level in an FP&A team
• Strong analytical acumen
• Demonstratable experience partnering with functions across the business
• Supported senior stakeholders on decision making

Some more information about the role:

• Monitoring performance, risks, opportunities, initiatives and trends of Divisions
• Provide analysis to support the Group's messaging around strategy
• Design, implement, and maintain developments to meet the changing needs of the Group
• Develop/define operational performance measurement metrics
