FP&A Manager

A global Media organisation is looking for a talented FP&A Manager to advise the business on both operational and financial performance.

This is a fantastic assignment for anyone who enjoys working in rapidly growing and developing organisations and can manage a team effectively through such periods. The hiring manager described the role as:

"A critical part of the commercial function which requires a highly analytical and commercially-focused person to join the business at a time of immense change, supporting the Head of FP&A on a number of key external and internal deliverables."

To successfully deliver in this role, you will need to have:

• An accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Experience working at a group level in an FP&A team
• Strong analytical acumen
• Demonstratable experience partnering with functions across the business
• Supported decision making, working with senior people

• Monitoring performance, risks, opportunities, initiatives and trends of Divisions
• Provide analysis to support the Group's messaging around strategy
• Design, implement, and maintain developments to meet the changing needs of the Group
• Develop/define operational performance measurement metrics
