Badenoch & Clark are supporting a global organisation based in Surrey to appoint a commercially minded part/newly qualified Financial Analyst.
You will provide financial/commercial analysis and support for leading divisions within this global organisation to maximise growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the budget and planning process
* Business partnering across the organisation in helping to develop and deliver short, medium, and long term strategies
* Supporting in strategic decision making and analysis in all areas of the business
* Design and implement new streamlined management reporting
* Prepare monthly market and competitor analysis and trends
* Liaise on month-end management accounts
* Manipulating large volumes of complex information to identify issues, implications and suggest recommendations to the business.
* Lead, support and assist with ad-hoc projects
You will be
* Studying towards the final stages of a recognised accounting qualification or qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA)
* Strong decision making skills
* Outgoing, persuasive and a confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
* Strong Excel modelling skills
* Ability to present complex information coherently to large audiences
* Proven experience of planning and budgeting with a clear view on how to present the information and make recommendations
* Discrete and trustworthy as required to work with sensitive and confidential information
