Financial Analyst

Your new company
A high end real estate developer, with 2 billion pound assets currently in development are looking to grow through strategic and acquisitive development.

Your new role
The role will be operating across the front office and finance teams proving expert financial modelling skill sets and adding long term value to the analysis and operational business.

Duties will include

• Creating excel models looking at costs, pricing and margin strategies
• Working on existing project models and being able to create models when required
• Working with JV (joint venture) partners
• Interfacing with senior stakeholders including - Partners, Bank, Finance, Operations team, Legal
• Spotting Trends
• Analysis and interpret data generated by business

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a forward thinking professional with a strong modelling skill set, looking to undertake a role that will support the business development team from the outset and provide a strategic direction to support decisions. You will need to accompany the strong technical skill set with excellent communication.
