Group FP&A Director

A global services business is looking for an Interim Group FP&A Director to lead on the setup and stabilisation of their FP&A function.

The role is an exciting opportunity to work within the senior leadership team and build a function that has never previously existed. The hiring manager described the role as:

"A critical hire in the development of our Group Finance team that will suit a senior individual who is able to work with autonomy."

To deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have:

• An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience of being the Group FP&A lead for a listed organisation (£1bn turnover+)
• Experience of delivering finance transformation within FP&A
• Significant management experience with a passion for leadership

A little more about the role:

• This is a newly created position for the business
• The role will involve designing a structure for Group FP&A and the building the team
• The role will report in to the Deputy CFO and work closely with the Group Financial Controller
