The Role

Main Responsibilities
- Providing the UK business with calculated financial results of making operational changes
- Providing UK stores with existing accurate managing hours tools
- Developing and building analytical models to understand deviation in driver data/output for our productivity models
- Continuously looking for better ways of doing things learning from outside and improving what we currently do
- Reporting data accurately and turning it into useful information which has context and supporting narrative
- Bringing data to life for decision makers through clear and impactful presentation and communication
Ideal Candidate
- This role will best suit an individual who is detail oriented, is well organised, a logical thinker with an inquisitive mind
- Experience of a store retail environment
- Displaying and sharing detailed information with stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Natural planner looking ahead, identifying potential concerns and meeting deadlines
- Ability to make complex issues simple to understand with simple and engaging commentary
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access), SAS, SQL, VBA Development
