Part time accountant for privately owned property business

Your new company
You will be working for a privately owned property investment and development business based in North London. They are looking to bring on an interim accountant for 3 days a week to start as soon as possible.

Your new role
You will be reporting to a International Financial Controller. You responsibilities will include:

• Setting up financial statements
• Preparing management cost reports
• Reviewing the ledgers on bespoke ERP system
• Submitting journals and updating source forms to adjust ledgers accordingly
• Reading and preparing draft comments on the cost and financial reports

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant who is looking for a part time, flexible role. You will feel comfortable working in a small company and working autonomously.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £325 per day and the opportunity to work in a role that will be very flexible around your diary.
