We are engaged on a search to find a CFO for a Private Equity backed multi-site business based in Leeds; this is a buy-and-build, looking to grow to c. £50m EBITDA through bolt-on acquisitions and organic growth.
You will be working very closely with the CEO and Private Equity investors to drive the acquisition strategy, lead the DD and integration processes and improve the business processes, controls and systems as well as leading the finance function.
You will be a strong minded individual with good communications skills and huge drive to succeed as well as having the hands on elements when needed in the finance function.
To apply for this role you will need:
- Multi-site experience – healthcare / retail / leisure / multi site
- You will have a proven record in acquisition and integrations
- You will be either ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
Private Equity/ leveraged experience is essential
