Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit an Internal Auditor
The Company: are market leaders in their field and have operations all over the world. The H/O is based in the US and the company generate revenues in access of £1b.
The role: reports into the Internal Audit Manager, based in the UK. With responsibilities for the planning and development of the 2013 European locations audit process. Evaluating the adequacy of the design and operational effectiveness of the Company's internal controls. SOX compliance, the initial portion of work will be to assist with documenting process narratives and walk throughs. Candidates will need to perform and report on financial and operational issues - evaluating and identifying risk exposure to the business. Challenging business issues and provide a superior level of satisfaction for internal customers.
The person: could be a newly qualified ACA straight from Practice and looking to pursue their careers in Commerce & Industry or have 1-2 years previous Internal Audit experience within a large multi national business with knowledge of SOX. Comfortable working within a small team - A Flexible, adaptable approach willing to get involved, and comfortable with at least 50% travel. Confident, out going, strong communication and influencing skills. Sarbanes-Oxley experience useful and use of SAP.
