A leading FTSE 100 organisation is currently recruiting for an External Reporting Manager for their head office in London. The role will be responsible for working with the business units across the group to deliver the annual report and quarterly release.
The External Reporting team is part f Group finance and is responsible for the preparation of the annual report and quarterly releases. This team also provides Accounting advise to the business units and acts as a centre of excellence for technical accounting around acquisitions, integration and disposals. This team is also responsible for the group wide polices that are adopted globally and will need to provide training and Consulting services were necessary.
As the External Reporting Manager you will be responsible for the timetable and to ensure deadlines are not missed. The Financial Reporting will be under UK GAAP and IFRS and will be managing over 300+ entities.
The successful candidate will be:
- Fully qualified Accountant (ideally audit large multinational client)
- Experience in Audit and / or Financial Reporting
- An ability to work in a large multinational organisation
- Strong communication both written and verbal
