Trace are currently recruiting for a capable Accounts Assistant to join a well respected business in central London. Reporting into a Senior Accountant you’ll be joining a collaborative finance function where professional development is actively encouraged.
Duties/responsibilities include the following.
- Accurately manage the accounts payable process
- Maintain AP Ledger
- Accurately manage the Accounts receivable process
- Assist with month/year end duties
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Operate and maintain online banking systems
You’ll be/have
- At the start/studying towards a professional qualification
- Experience within an accounts environment
- Highly organised and proactive approach to work
- Eagerness to listen and learn
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident in character
