This is a once in a generation project!
We have recently been mandated to recruit a newly created role within a Financial Services Start Up with a core focus across FinTech and the Challenger Banking space.
This person will be responsible for helping set up the internal governance and compliance frameworks, policies and processes. You will also investigate non compliance and provide an oversight of any audit activity and support the corrective action.
You will have a strong leadership team to report into and gain unique experience that will stand your future career in good stead!
The successful candidate will have significant compliance experience within a highly regulated environment, be a critical thinker and a strong attention to detail
Experience of the banking/financial services space is an advantage but any regulator experience will be considered.
