Finance Manager - Construction

We are currently working with an outstanding construction company based in West London to source an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. This is a newly created role that will be reporting into the Group Finance Manager and will offer a great opportunity to make a genuine impact to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
-Business Partnering with Commercial and Operations Team
-Daily cash reporting including bank reconciliations
-Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
-Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and Reports including:
-Raising of Monthly Journals
-Preparation of Balance Reports
-Rebate Calculations
-Cost Analysis Reports
-Preparation of monthly VAT return.
-Preparation of monthly and annual cash flows and monitoring against forecasts.
-Assisting the Group FM in the management of the finance team and effective task assignment.
-Risk monitoring & reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified / QBE Accountant with relevant experience working in a similar role within the construction industry. Excellent communication skills will be essential in this role and an intermediate / advanced level of Excel would be preferred.
