A diverse property business is looking to hire a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Global Financial Controller, you will lead the budgeting and forecasting process as well as acting as a business partner to key senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
- Partner senior executives from across the business
- Provide insight for key business decision making ensuring opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Provide insight and financial stewardship through the development of reporting to the Executive team.
Profile requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Relevant FP&A experience with demonstrable experience managing the budgeting, forecasting and planning process
- Excellent experience building and managing financial models
- Recent experience working for a property or facilities management company
