Assistant Accountant/ Auditor. 6 month FTC, North West London
26,000-28,000fte
Our client, a progressive and dynamic business, is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their business to assist in their process and controls department. Joining the organisation on a fixed term 6 month contract, this is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in audit to enhance these skills. The vacancy will be assisting on specific project surrounding the implementation of process improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out compliance checks on controls
- Updating the Risk and Control log, where you identify process amendments
- Assisting in the implementation of changes of the self-assessment documentation
- Supporting the business during the self-assessment cycle
The successful candidate will be part qualified ACA/ACCA or have significant experience in internal audit /regulatory compliance. You will be a dynamic and innovative individual, adept at formulating solutions to problems and improving processes within existing guidelines. With excellent interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate will be able to articulate themselves well to bring people to a consensus and explain complex information across the organisation. With excellent time management skills, you will have examples of your ability to consistently to meet and exceed deadlines.
