As the result of a strategic expansion programme, a high-profile opportunity exists for a graduate qualified accountant to step into a Financial Analyst/Finance Business Partner role, supporting a key rapidly growing business division. A broad and varied brief includes:

•Acting as a Finance Business Partner to the divisional Senior Management Team & Business Managers, providing critical support on investment & portfolio management decisions, project tracking & business acquisition integration
•Financial analysis of revenue trends, providing increased cost visibility & ownership, ensuring a robust control environment
•Produce, review & analyse month end reporting including liaison with Accounts Support team to ensure accuracy & understanding of results
•Supporting budget & forecasting processes with appropriate challenge, understanding & communication of risks, issues & opportunities
•Engaging with & providing support on cost budget management & ownership
•Reporting on Key Performance Indicators to drive profitable revenue growth
•Ensure ongoing support & tracking of projects including providing effective challenge on

As a graduate qualified accountant having trained within a Big 4, Top 10 or blue-chip organisation, you will demonstrate strong commercial business partnering skills alongside financial analysis, budgeting and month end reporting experience. The role demands a proactive and outgoing personality, commercial acumen, the ability to build robust business relationships and the gravitas to influence the non-finance community. This position offers the opportunity to develop your commercial finance expertise within a challenging and dynamic group with excellent long-term career development. Due to the focus of the role, you will be expected to travel to both London and Surrey locations.
