Commercial Finance Manager

You will report to a highly experienced FD and an inspirational Board of shareholders who are really driven to ensure the continued success and growth of the business.

You will manage a small and dedicated finance team and work closely with non-finance managers and directors to implement and develop commercial reporting and analysis to drive the operational success of the business and it's strategic vision.

• It is envisaged you will be a Qualified Accountant, but applications will also be considered from non-qualified professionals with the relevant experience and record of achievement.
• Manufacturing experience (costing, stock, operational analysis) is essential.
• You will also be a capable, and proven communicator able to encourage and enthuse your team and your non-finance colleagues.
