Finance Director

BTG are currently looking for a qualified Financial Director to join a leading property business based on the outskirts of Liverpool. The successful person will be part of the senior management team reporting in to the Managing Director. This position offers autonomy and the ability to add real value very quickly, in line with the groups ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly accounts and MI to the MD
• Analysis of key financial data in order to make solid business decisions on new ventures
• Mentoring and support of a small finance team
• Ensuring all compliance and best practice is maintained
• Improving processes and systems within the business
• Maintaining external relationships with banks, auditors, insurance etc

Essential Requirements:

• Must be qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
• Previous experience in a similar role within either PROPERY OR HOSPITALITY
• Previous experience within an operational business
• Experience using Sage
