Management Accountant

A dynamic & prestigious City of London based technology firm are looking to hire a Management Accountant. The job has arisen due to my client opening offices in 2 new territories. You'll be reporting in to the Finance Manager.

Candidates should have experience producing a full set of management accounts, i. balance sheet reconciliations, preparing the P&L, budgeting and forecasting and variance analysis. You will also be overseeing the accounts payable & accounts receivable function.

You must be pursuing your ACCA or CIMA qualification and have 2-3 years' management accounting experience within a fast paced industry. You should have strong academic pedigree.
You need to be strong enough to challenge senior managers and stakeholders and have the flair and innovation to come up with new ideas.

There is a significant amount of Excel use in the role, so candidates should be confident building pivot tables and v-look ups from scratch. Exposure to macros would be an excellent bonus.
