Robertson Bell are working with a highly reputable Commercial Property Developer who are looking for an exceptional individual seeking development, challenge and recognition within a Finance Manager position that will support the Assistant Finance Director as well as taking leadership of the transactional teams ensuring prompt deadline achievement and reliable results within this lively, work hard, play hard environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and develop the Rents, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams and motivating them to achieve high standards of efficiency and accuracy
*Possess good systems knowledge to aid with reporting, systems management and control
*Working in line with the IT team to ensure reliability of the systems, looking to streamline and improve processes
*Understand all areas covered by the transactional teams to assist where needed
*Liaise with a minimum of 20 stakeholders and contributing to the financial performance of the organisation
*Strive to improve and review processes to ensure reports are presented correctly on a monthly basis.
