Financial Controller

I am currently working with a start up, high growth insure-tech business with strong financial backing who are looking to a Financial Controller. Your new role
This is a hands on financial controller position with staff management of 3 direct reports. You will be responsible for development of financial processes and controls and all reporting under IFRS. You will line manage the junior staff members playing an active role in their development and training. You will be involved in budgeting and forecasting and partnering with a number of senior stakeholders in the company such as the CFO.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant preferably with previous experience in a start up environment where you have been involved in process and controls development. A background in the insurance industry would be advantageous but not essential and you will need proven staff management experience.
