I am currently looking to speak to top quality Property Analysts who are looking to engage with a new and exciting opportunity.

The Opportunity:

I’m currently working with a London Stock Exchange listed Real Estate business who are looking for an experienced analyst to come in and work within the Corporate Development team on a 6-9month contract. You will be taking a significant portion of work from the Head of Investment, allowing her to devote time to upskilling her own team. There is a potential for this role to continue longer term/ go permanent for those who can really commit and show their quality over time.

The Role:

  • Partner with portfolio managers to forecast property performance and support hold/sell decisions.
  • Partner with the investment manager in assessing new acquisitions.
  • Ad hoc analysis of new business opportunities.
  • Complete overhaul of existing financial models – creating new ones as well as polishing current ones in the interim.

The Requirements:

  • I’m looking for an ACA/CFA qualified candidate – ideally from a Big 4 modelling background.
  • Property/ real estate experience would be extremely advantageous.
  • Advanced excel skills are required for the quality of forecasting you will need to produce.
  • Excellent modelling abilities.
  • Strong communication skills are a must – strong track record of interacting with senior stakeholders is required as this role is heavily orientated around business partnering.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment.
  • Experience of SAP would be beneficial.
  • On the magical off-chance that you have experience of Manhattan (property accounting software) I will be very impressed.
