Data Project Officer

SF Group are currently recruiting for a Part Time Data Officer (18-21 hours) for our Warwickshire based client on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join a forward thinking organisation where you will be required to ensure that the organisation is protected around GDPR and is compliant regarding the use of their database. You will work closely with senior stakeholders in ensuring that the organisation's website and CRM system/database will need to be up to date and you will lead in identifying and assisting with a new database system implementation.

Our client is looking for candidates who can assist the organisation in updating their new policies and assist with bringing in a new database and lead on the procurement of this. Your duties will include ensuring that processes and procedures are in place regarding data and how data is handled. You will lead on how data is destroyed in conjunction with GDPR policies and assist wider stakeholders in excel training and manipulating data.

You will be a confident data officer who possesses excellent business partnering skills and be an advanced user of excel. GDPR knowledge will be useful, however, this is not a must as my client does offer training in the role. Also, you will work closely with the FD and must be a self starter who can work with a great deal of autonomy. You need to have excellent business partnering skills and have excellent knowledge of databases and how to use them to the best practice. Our client is looking for a problem solver who can work with a team and be able to hit the ground running.
