Rostan Recruitment are working with a global marine agency company who are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant for a permanent role. This role will see you report to the Finance Manager and your role will be split 70% Accounts Payable and 30% Head Office Accountant responsibilities, and will suit someone with at least 2 years experience in finance who has started studying AAT / ACCA / CIMA
As Accounts Assistant you will:
- Have full ownership of Accounts Payable
- Journal entries including accruals, prepayments and fixed assets
- Prepare VAT returns
- Ad hoc reporting
