Large, highly reputable independent chartered accountancy practice with a well established service charge department!
Description
Through excellent attention to detail, prepare accounts for a variety of managing agents and individual residential management companies within specified and strict deadlines.
Be responsible for reconciling clients' accounts and cashbooks.
Assisting team with creation of management accounts for clients.
Analysis of year end expenditure reports.
Ensure accurate accounts are produced and submitted to Companies House on time.
Profile
Previous experience of working within a Service Charge department
AAT, ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
Excellent client skills, able to liaise effectively via the telephone, letter and e-mail
Experience of CCH and specialised accounting software such as Qube, Tramps, Propman/Propwarel
Job Offer
£30,000- £45,000 deponent on experience
