Group Finance Manager

Our client is a growing service business looking to recruit a Group Finance Manager to join the finance team. This role will report into the Group Financial Controller and will be integral in the development of the finance team and the business as a whole. Responsibilities will include: production of monthly consolidated management reporting; variance analysis and KP reporting; budgeting and forecasting; supervision and management of staff; assisting in all aspects of the year end process; development of financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision making; and the provision of ad hoc reporting and advice to operational managers across the business.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant looking for a business facing finance role in a successful business. The ideal candidate should be qualified, or approaching a qualification, with strong management accounts experience. You must be a confident communicator with the potential to manage staff and work alongside peers in the wider business.
