Senior Financial Accountant

Your new company
A global leading real estate business with head office in London. The company have a nearly 15 million sq m portfolio and currently have a really acquisitive growth strategy.

Your new role
You will be a central point in the Group Reporting team, focused on working with Operational finance leads, working towards more commercial outputs. The business are looking for their staff to integrate with the operations teams on a regular basis

Duties

• Preparation of quarterly management accounts
• Responsibility for the delivery of year end statutory accounts
• Business partnering with Operational heads of department
• Indirect line management of multinational subsidiary offices
• Analytical review of financial information

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a Top 10 trained accountant with the ability to integrate with operational business teams as well as having a strong technical understanding and ability to take ownership in this area
