Your new role

You will be a key member of the UK finance team, responsible for coordinating & leading the UK internal audit programme, including internal audits & reviews of different operational & financial processes within the group.
You will own the Internal Controls Checklist & framework, as well as the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Working closely with UK management & the Group Internal Audit function & the Group Audit Committee, you will provide support in commercial areas of the business including acquisitions, business function reporting & various commercial projects, as well as support to the UK financial team at key external reporting periods.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a qualified accountant with auditing experience, & good systems / IT knowledge. You will require excellent communications skills, with the ability to present results to senior stakeholders & the confidence to challenge resistance. You will be required to work under your own initiative, manage your own workload & take responsibility for the UK internal audit function.
Travel 30% - 40% within the UK, Ireland & Iceland
