I'm working with a fast growing SME Tech business in Central London with an opportunity for a qualified accountant to join their business.

The business has seen rapid growth in recent years and with further exciting growth plans on an international scale they are growing their finance team with the hire of a 'hands on' finance manager. This role is a no role and reports into a personable and charismatic FD, taking full responsibility for evolving the finance function and the development and management of a team of 4.

Key aspects to your role include:

• Management of the month end process including management accounts with commentary presented to the FD and CEO
• Presenting key financials to support strategic decision making
• Budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management
• Improve current processes and controls
• Team management

The business are looking to hire a technical qualified accountant who has worked in the SME space and has a strong understanding of month end and improving processes and controls.
