Badenoch & Clark are working with a expanding global organisation in West Sussex to recruit a Global collections manager.

The role reports to the Director of Global Finance Systems and Operations and will have a team of 2 Collections Analysts and an Administrator responsible for operational processes and transactions and for Inter-Company and Head Office billings.

We are looking for a proven collections manager who will be responsible for maximising on-time collections. There will be some international travel involved in the role also due to the nature of the business.

Responsibilities:

*Formally agree a collections plan with each Centre for each intake
*Consistently improve % collected by due date
*Oversee Financial Guarantee & Instalment Plan transaction processes
*Manage timely collection of debt across Head office and Centres
*Oversee Financial Guarantee & Instalment Plan transaction processes

Skills and experience:

*Ideally a Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), QBE's with extensive collections experience will also be considered.
*Excellent team management / motivation skills.
*Capability to solve business problems without direct supervision, but with an ability to initiate timely escalation where this is required
*Exceptional communications skills across all levels.
