My client is a leading organisation operating in the Affordable Housing sector. They are now looking to recruit a talent individual to the role of Head of Financial Analysis & Accounting .
The Role
Within the role you will be responsible for managing a finance team to deliver a professional accounting service for all development, commercial, sales and strategic asset management activities for the organisation. You will lead on the analysis for all planning and forecasting and support the due diligence process for new investments, acquisitions and dispels.
The Person
To succeed in this challenging role you be a qualified accountant with excellent technical accounting skills. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and have the ability to maintain key relationships with internal and external partners.
