Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, the Interim Purchase Ledger Officer will be responsible for checking and posting invoices efficiently and maintaining the purchase order system. The postholder will also will be responsible for creating supplier accounts and reconciling supplier statements and be a key member of the finance function.

In order to be considered, you will be a finance professional with experience working within the purchase ledger function and will be comfortable accurately inputting large amounts of data. An AAT qualification is desirable however, it is paramount that you have a proactive work ethic and attention to detail. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be confident in your ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
