Head FP&A

A PE-Backed Healthcare business is looking to go through a buy and build and are founding a Head of FP&A position to help with the process. The company's first incumbent in the role will, along with their team, create the company's FP&A function.

The candidate will understand what is required to work in a fast-paced, acquisition-heavy environment. You will display a knack for knowing what makes a potential acquisition profitable in the future, and you will have the ability to create spreadsheets from scratch to illustrate how. Experience with VBA and Macros is considered advantageous. You will be an outgoing person, with the charisma to motivate your own team, inform the senior team and work closely with the company's PE House.
