Management Accountant

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be an integral part of the finance team providing timely accurate and insightful information to drive improvements.

Your next role as Management Accountant will be extremely diverse, and will include, but not limited to -
* Preparation of monthly site management accounts, including the divisional management accounts, with analysis of key variances to forecast, budget and prior year.
* Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations, ensuring processed to deadlines
* Support senior Stakeholders with weekly EBITDA forecasts through the development of accurate reporting of forecast gross margin and operating costs
* Recognise and highlight business risk and opportunities
* Act on the behalf of the Financial Controller in monthly and weekly meetings and reporting when required.
* Develop and challenge the KPI's to drive EBITDA and working capital improvement
* Offer strategic input through identifying and recommending enhanced processes and procedures
* Create sound working relationships with colleagues across all areas of the business.

You will be professionally qualified - or can demonstrate considerable experience undertaking similar tasks - preferably gained in manufacturing or FMCG.

You'll have demonstrable experience of developing key relationships company wide, preferably have worked with ERP systems, and possess advanced Excel skills.
