CFO

Our client is a well-established,  private equity backed, multi-site healthcare business.  Due to accelerated growth and subsequent exit plans the CEO is looking to make a key appointment with a new CFO who will join the Group Board.   The position will be responsible for all Financial Reporting, M&A, Banking and Investor Relations as well as identifying and implementing efficiency savings across a range of internal systems, processes and controls.

The ideal candidate should have both previous multi-site experience as well as experience of working with private equity investors.  The role will  require an experienced stand- alone CFO with a demonstrable track record of successfully operating in a mid-size SME  who has the capability to operate at a detailed level requisite in a tight margin regulated business as well as add value at the strategic Board level.
