Divisional Finance Manager position, North Cambridgeshire
Cambridgeshire based well established organisation are looking for a qualified Finance Manager to oversee their finance team.
Your new role
The Finance Manager will report into the Group Financial Controller, and will be the number one finance person on site, managing a team of three. The purpose of your new role will be to provide financial support to the management team through being responsible for the production and reporting of all financial information, including management accounts, variance analysis and budget and cash flow forecasts responsibilities will include the production of monthly financial results, control preparation of financial forecasts and operational budgets in addition to other duties as required to effectively carry out this position whilst managing a small team.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position you will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with broad post-qualification experience including technical accounting and month end procedures. You must possess strong Excel skills with experience of building and maintaining financial models driven by operational inputs and ideally be experienced in using SAP. Additionally, you will be able to perform well under pressure, remaining commercially focused to work to tight deadlines and be motivated to drive change.
