Group Financial Controller

Your new company

Your new company is a leading International Telecommunications company set to go though a huge growth phase in the very near future due to an injection of money into the business.

They are now looking for a Group Financial Controller to join the business, and help secure the robust processes and controls as the company expands and increases its Global reach.


Your new role

In this role you will report directly to the Group FD and manage a team of 9 more junior staff members. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring robust, accurate and timely financial accounting across the business, and in doing so - delivering the operating cash flow of the business.

As the Controller in the company, it will be down to you to ensure strong robust financial controls are in place to protect the business from material financial exposures as it continues to grow.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a fully qualified accountant, with experience working in the Telco sector for continued periods throughout your career.

You will need to have experience with IFRS, and working in a Group role - preferably at Controller or Senior Manager level. Further, if you have strong staff management skills, having worked in an international business, this will put you in a good place also.
