Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced and career driven Management Accountant for a 3 month contract. The well-known organisation based within Sheffeild are ideally looking for an individual to support the team in a time of transition.
You will be instrumental in guiding the organisation in line with their future plans, forecasting, budgeting and offering key support to the current finance department.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting within budgeting and forecasting
- Preparing reports and financial statements
- To assist with accruals and prepayments, the fixed asset register and monthly payroll reports
- To assist within the preparation of management accounts
- Assistance within month and year end
- Assistance within financial planning
- Management reporting weekly and monthly
- Reconciliation
- Liaising with the finance team
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
- Previous relevant accounts experience
- The ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Good organisational skills
- Immediately available or available at short notice
- Intermediate excel skills
- World class customer service skills
