Accounts Payable Officer

An Accountants Payable Officer wanted immediately based in Central London on an interim basis. £14 - £16ph

Your new company
Large healthcare organisation based in Central London are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to start immediately.

Your new role
You will be assisting with processing large volumes of invoices and dealing with supplier queries over the phone and via email. You will also be responsible for processing payments. Furthermore you will be reconciling supplier statements on a monthly and weekly basis, you will be resolving any outstanding invoices/credit note queries.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to have previous experience working with the accounting software (Sage 200), working with sensitive data and have good IT experience were need such as MS office and excel ( Pivot tables). Previous experience assisting with large volumes of invoices and reconciling supplier statements.


What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a great rate of £14 - £16 per hour working for large healthcare organisation based in Central London. You'll be working on a full time temporary basis for 6 weeks which has the possibility to extend.
