Management Accountant

With many arms including labels, music publishing and artist management services and this position will work closely with the FD and support all divisions.

To be a suitable candidate you will an experienced Management Accountant who is part qualified and still studying but will also have gained extensive/relevant accounting experience within the music industry.

Study will be supported upon completion of your probation.

The Role:

• Preparation of management accounts to include P&L, Balance Sheets, Accruals & Prepayments, Actuals against budget)
• Analysts of P&L
• Involvement in Forecasting and budgeting
• Overhead expenditure reporting
• Appraisal of deals/investments and subsequent analysis
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Assist with systems development.

The Person:

• Minimum of part qualified and still studying (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
• Previous/Relevant accounting experience gained within a Music company
• Educated to degree calibre
• Highly numerical, commercially minded with strong analytical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good working relationships
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Able to multi-task, can meet deadlines and work under pressure.
