Transaction Services Partner / Director

This fast growing Independent Advisory firm is looking for an ambitious Corporate Finance Director or Partner to develop a Transaction Services business for them to compliment their existing M&A and other advisory services.

The firm focuses on entrepreneurial and growing Mid Market businesses, typically in the £5-50m deal range, and operates across most sectors.

The successful candidate is likely to be an ACA / ACCA qualified Senior Manager, Director or Partner who has proven financial due diligence and transaction services experience ideally gained within a Top 20 Accountancy Practice or equivalent.

Proven business development skills will be required and ideally a strong Private Equity network which will compliment their own extensive contacts and client base.
