Our client is a small and well-established healthcare company in London. Their focus has been out-of-hours GP care, but they are now looking to grow the business by diversifying into new markets.
The Director of Finance will sit on the Executive Team and work closely with the CEO to execute the company’s growth ambitions in the most financially effective way. This role will suit someone who is looking to contribute beyond the boundaries of a traditional finance role, including being a key driver of change as the business evolves into a more professional and commercially minded entity.
We are looking for a qualified accountant with significant financial leadership experience in a fast-moving, commercial environment where margins are tight. You will have the ability to take a business on a journey and have experience of creating and presenting compelling pitches to win hearts and minds.
