Finance Project Delivery Lead

Finance Project Delivery Lead / Delivery Project Manager - London or Scotland 

Market leading B2B manufacturing, retail and distribution business require a Finance Transformation Project Delivery Manager to support the Finance Transformation Lead on a 12 month contract. You will Deliver the Target Operating Model (TOM) defined in the strategy of the Transformation lead into a newly established Finance Shared Service. You must have experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Lead in Finance Transformation Projects.

Experience of the Finance Transition Project Manager :

• Must be very delivery focused, small teams, hands on! 
• International experience (Europe)
• Experience as a Project Manager in a Finance Transformation – Shared Service / BPO Outsource or similar
• Delivery and understanding of Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Implementing / delivering processes in to an organisation
• Project management experience and certification
• Demonstrable RAID experience
• Demonstrable experience in a Project/Programme Management, overseeing delivery of business critical projects
• Excellent project management skills - planning, tracking progress, resource allocation, outcome delivery, etc.
• PMO experience and best practice in a commercial environment

Duties and responsibilities of the Finance Project Delivery Lead:

• Project Management delivery of a new Target Operating Model for finance operations including implementation of TOM in to a Shared Services Centre
• Implementation of enabling technology
• Responsibility for maintaining the Project Plan and all associated documentation e.g. RAID
• Ownership of Project Plan and meeting key project milestones
• Maintenance of all Project documentation including RAID log
