A Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner is required by a high growth business based on the outskirts of Coventry. Working with a highly regarded team, you will be part of the future growth of the business delivering meaningful management accounts as well as challenging assumptions and delivering meaningful commercial support.
Headlines of the role will include:
• Produce the monthly management accounts for all cost centers within remit, inclusive of all revenue reconciliations with credit control teams
• Provide finance support and advice to all operational and marketing teams responsible for cost budgets
• Finance support to appropriate Directors and Managing Directors
• Financial accounting responsibility for all legal entities within remit, including VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliation and audit compliance
• Support in a program of implementing the business partnering function within the business and to incorporate monthly rolling forecast principles
• Report and manage all risks and opportunities
• Monitor and report all Opex and Capex spend, whilst maintaining compliance in terms of deferred revenue and costs to point of show month
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis. Devise new and innovative analysis reports to help the business focus on performance and delivering financial objectives
• Suggest updates and improvements for accounting processes, including accounts payable and invoicing
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished and commercially astute accountant who is capable of demonstrating experience of working in a fast moving environment.
