Our Client is in the Creative division of a multinational communications Company.
They are now seeking a Qualified / Newly qualified ( ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Finance Manager to provide accurate reporting on P&Ls, forecasts, and budgeting
Our client is looking for experience gained working within an SME environment - and you will have been exposed to all aspects of an agency.
Your Key duties and responsibilities as Finance Manager:
- Multi-client monthly management accounts:
- Income recognition and reporting
- Margin analysis by job
- Production and Presentation of monthly reports and P&Ls:
- Working capital controls
- aged WIP is within company allowable parameters
- O/S Invoicing is within company allowable parameters
- Purchase to Pay time period is optimized

- Labour and overhead review and control
- Monthly P&Ls by country and client
- Monthly Reports
- Payroll reporting and control
- Coordinate weekly sales and costs forecasting
- Preparation of annual budgets
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Work on ad hoc reports, control projects and other general projects
Key Skills and Attributes required
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified /newly qualified
- Good interpersonal skillsExcellent excel skills
- Knowledge of Synergist, Sage advantageous
- Demonstrates initiative and drive
