Temporary Systems Accountant

Your New Employer:

A temporary position has opened up for a Systems Accountant in North Manchester. This is for a Charity  Association that has grown both numerically (from 195 members originally to more than 10,000) and in the scope of functions it undertakes.

Your New Job:

As a Systems Accountant, you will be working on the Sales Ledger side and helping solve the issues and inaccuracies in their MS Dynamics CRM 2016.

On the Sales Ledger side, you will be inputting invoice details onto account systems and correcting errors, ensuring prices are correct. As well as this you will be posting cash and dispatching monthly supplier statements. As well as this there may be some liaising with credit control regarding customer queries.

Hours: 35 Per Week, with the option to start between 8-9 and a 30 minute Lunch.

Your experience & Our Requirements:

The candidate is required to have had experience in interacting with MS Dynamics and be a competent user. As well as this, the successful Systems Accountant must have Intermediate Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables)

As well as experience of all the above responsibilities – any experience of going into a difficult environment and evidence of problem solving would make for the ideal candidate.

This is a temporary position, for an initial 2 months with a view to extend further.
