FP&A Manager

This listed banking group are searching for a new FP&A manager to provide the top level, value-add analysis to the executive committee to support the overall commercial decision making. Working in a small team with exposure to the company’s key decision makers, this role is suited to a qualified accountant with strong relationships skills, and analytical mind and gravitas.

The Role:

• Build a thorough understanding of the key businesses within the Group and the drivers of their performance
• Produce the 3-5 year strategic plans by analysing the financial resources provided by group finance teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Review and challenge financial information coming from businesses in the group
• Provide accurate management information to the Group Finance Director and Board on overall performance and trends
• Work with Investor relations to understand trends and help drive growth
• Perform detailed reviews of financial information for strategic projects
• Ad hoc projects and analysis to the group

About you:

• Qualified Accountant with 4-5 years of Post Qualified Experience (PQE)
• Proactive and analytical thinker with the ability to work with large sets of data
• Proven track record developing and maintaining relationships with Senior Stakeholders
• Strong Excel Skills essential & SAP beneficial
• Financial Services Experience also beneficial but not essential
