Hays Senior Finance are recruiting on behalf of a not for profit Organisation for the appointment of an Interim finance director. This position will be reporting directly in to the Chief Executive the successful candidate must feel comfortable working at pace across multiple key projects, a problem solver and must be highly motivated to drive improvements for service delivery. - You will work closely with senior members of this organisation to ensure that the effectively manage their financial resources.

Your new role
This position will entail the reporting of management and statutory accounting information as well as the immediate management of a fast paced and busy accounts function. It would be preferable to have experience in Annual Statutory Audit processes and service delivery in a similar environment.

What you'll need to succeed
Qualified Accountant with ideally public sector experience
The ability to take ownership of the finance function on an interim basis
Immediately available and the ability to interview with immediate effect.
