Your New Job
As Finance Manager you remain the finance lead for a dynamic business unit based on the Burnley site. Working with fellow Finance Managers across the business you have responsibility for the management and development of 3 staff. You shall take ownership of management accounting and financial reporting for a BU with an annual turnover of £100m. Producing finance budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis along with monthly KPI reporting you shall complete necessary statutory requirements in preparation for audit both internally and externally. As Finance Manager you shall support management with monthly and annual reporting packs and be business partner to the senior team, assisting them to make sound business decisions through your knowledge and experience within a finance leader role. With exposure to a number of interesting finance projects you shall also seek to contribute to continuous improvement programmes and development of process and procedure. You shall also have a hand in the production of group reporting and focus on effective business partnering.
 
Your Experience & Our Requirements
You shall be a Finance Manager with experience in a driven, successful and astute business. With strong technical skills you shall also have key attributes to be an effective Finance Business Partner. You shall have strong Excel skills and be a qualified accountant (CIMA ACA ACCA) You shall also have had experience of leading change or process improvements (desirable) with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Attention to detail is essential.
